Parlay Returns and Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If upon receipt of your purchase, a fault or damage is discovered then it must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hrs. If qualifying  You may request that we accept the return of the product for an exchange or refund under New Zealand Consumer law. (Parlay is a subsidiary of NZ Boxer LTD whereby terms and conditions, Returns Policies, etc may vary between organizations)

Online & Instore Purchases

If you wish to return an item, it must first be given return acceptance and clearance by our customer service team, who can be contacted at 079497730 or All returns, unless otherwise directed, should be returned to our head office warehouse.

  • The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals, etc.
  • Please include your original invoice as it will serve as proof of purchase.
  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.
       If you believe the items are not as described or you believe we have made a mistake with your order or delivery, please call our 
       customer Service team on 079497730 who will arrange for the return cost of items to our warehouse for processing.
       If you made an error ordering the items, Then it is your responsibility to return the items to our warehouse if we
       have offered you an exchange or refund.
       If required we will be happy to arrange this for you at cost via the courier company we use which is usually cheaper.


The below items are excluded from this policy, except where they are faulty

  • Vouchers.
  • Underwear.
  • Any purchases made at wholesale pricing are not returnable for a refund. We may offer exchange and store credit at Parlay's discretion.
  • Any Item purchased where it has been placed within a Sale or a discounted offer /situation.
  • Any Item considered Seasonal Christmas products, Halloween Etc.
  • Any Parlay, or branded items purchased from a reseller or agent. These items should be returned to the reseller under their returns policy.
